PHASE 2 DAY 16
7 July 2023
Friday
It was the 16th day of my internship practice teaching. The day was filled with a mix of teaching, assessment tasks, and additional responsibilities. It was a day that highlighted the importance of time management and multitasking.
Free Periods and Preparation:
The day began with three free periods, providing me with an opportunity to plan and prepare for my upcoming class. I utilized this time wisely, organizing my materials and reviewing the lesson for the fourth hour. During fifth hour I had class on 8L and I taught about tissues in presence of my concern teacher.
Evening Line Duty:
As the week drew to a close, I fulfilled my responsibility of managing the evening line duty. This duty involved maintaining discipline and order at the school gates during the girls' session. It was a rewarding experience, contributing to the overall welfare of the school community.
Reflecting on the 16th day, it became evident that careful planning, engaging teaching methods, and positive reinforcement played vital roles in creating a conducive learning environment. The appreciation received from both students and teachers reaffirmed my dedication and efforts as an educator. As my journey at St. Mary's continues, I am excited to further explore innovative teaching techniques and contribute to the growth and development of the students. Each day brings new opportunities for learning and growth, and I am grateful for the experiences that shape me into a more proficient and passionate teacher.
